Getting them to work for their dole money... and also the ones on long term sick... The Tories are onto a vote winner with this one,
Its a great idea in theory. I feel for the poor people that will be employed to over see them though because some of these bone idle skivers just dont want it and will be up to all sorts of scams to save them having to do anything.
Too right mate Give them the first 3 months to find work (should be enough for someone who genuinely wants to work) then get them doing community work collecting litter cleaning up the parks or doing work for the elderly. I can guarantee you they'd find a job soon enough, And the ones who are on sick, we've all seen em, walking stick in hand strolling off to the club at dinner time... Get em doing some work what they can do sitting down. Must be costing the decent tax payer billions a year !!!!
RE: No it doesn't nt I'm refering to The unemployed who aren't interested in looking for work, OR the ones who work for "cash in hand" and still claim dole (and we all know someone) don't cost the tax payer anything then ???
Works for me. Would like to see something for the long-term 'sick' too. I know a guy who hasn't worked for years because he gets panic attacks. In his sleep. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but there can't be many jobs where 'sleep' is a prequisite.
RE: Works for me. Sleep is not a prerequisite here but it appears to be mandatory. Do you still panic when the driver comes out?
RE: No it doesn't nt It doesn't cost the tax payer as much as tax dodgers, the royal family, gulf War,Afganistan, bailing out **** bankers ect
RE: Works for me. no, nobody needs sleep. i support any government introducing an 18 hour working day. what is wrong with these work shy fops?
Get more children into work. They are capable of contributing towards the economy, as are disabled folk in wheel chairs. In fact they aren't disabled, just plain lazy. Give MP's more money too, they earn it. And cut taxes for the rich folk who graciously provide work for us. And old people in care homes. Ok, they're a bit slow and losing their marbles but they must be able to be put to SOME use! Knitting jumpers or tea cosies for instance.
RE: You are just trying to be funny now! Im being serious. Gone are my compassionate days where I tried to defend those less well off than ourselves. In reality ive joined the war on the working class so modern Capitalism can reign supreme, forever. The goal of full employment and maximising profits for the economy must be reached at all costs. That reminds me, maybe we can work these prisoners harder? You know Stalin might have been a bit over the top, but dont you think he had a point? Those gulags were a fine idea badly handled. A little tweak here and there and think of all the products they could make for us. After all this is a global economy and we need to compete with the Chinese. In fact we could put anyone refusing to work INTO prison and then they would HAVE to work. See where im going with this? BLacks, they for instance are dead lazy and always on the take. Did you know 40% of black men are on the police DNA database! And so they should be, afterall they must have done something wrong to deserve it. I mean living in poor conditions, being brought up by poorly educated and incapable parents is no excuse for anything. They have exactly the same chance of climbing the capitalist profit ladder as the Eton school boy.
In all seriousness, do you think that say for example, having an injured leg should mean somebody gets paid to stay at home all day rather than getting an office job that they are more than capable of doing?
RE: You are just trying to be funny now! And homeless people, **** they annoy me more than Somalians. We should introduce Homeless Wardens too, who should in return for a bed in some flea pit somewhere should collect all the money the homeless make from sitting and begging all day. Those lazy Barstewards must make a killing from it. What, £200, £300 a day? That's a lot of money wasted on White Lightening, i'll tell you.
Sorry but we pander to 'poor me' syndrome... 'not my fault'... Me and the missus came from , shall we say a deprived back ground and we've done Ok but it involved full time work, night school studying and bar jobs at the weekend. Being paid the square root of **** all at the time as well.
Tell you what let them do the jobs that the unfairly maligned 'asylum seekers' do ... you know serving breakie at Leeds Bradford airportat 6am... oh no that's below them.
