"I didn't agree with the free-kick against Tommy Smith that led to their second goal."

Can't remember whether it was or not... but the free kick which led to their goal most certainly wasn't one, so swings and roundabouts Roy.

The free kick was a clear foul

The free kick they scored from wasnt

They should have had a player sent off as well

Dont think he can really complain that the ref cost them the game

Wasn't a penalty cos none of our players appealed for it...

1, It's not cricket, we don't have to appeal.

2, The ref didn't give anyone any time to appeal, he was right next to it and blew up the instant Hume was brought down.

3, Keane would have wanted that penalty if it was him brought down.

I think the pen was given for the blatant trip on Hume. Desperation for Keano. What a plonker.

I agree with Scott. The handball looked unintentional, but there was definite contact on Hume. The only reason Smith didn't get a red card was because Iain didn't have a clear scoring opportunity in my opinion.

    Just seen him on sky

He must have missed the dodgy decisions that went their way! Like the foul that wasn't for their goal for instance. Always find it comically when ex Man Utd players bang on about conceding goals in the last few minutes! Bruce just been at it too - think he's forgotten the seven added minutes when he scored against Weds in 93 season!

Don't know what their fans think of him

But what used to be an entertaining team to watch have been turned into a bunch of dirty tw@ts!

And whats he on about with the free kick?

More of a foul than the one that they scored from.
And whinging about taking the free kick too far forward - look at your own team first, they were doing that all game.

He's right though, they did deserve more - a red card for the challenge on our keeper!

"we had the better of the chances"

Sure you did Keano, I mean you had one goalmouth scramble and one where somone had a shot from just inside the area versus a missed penalty, a header against the bar, a chance for macken from 3 yards out he should have buried, an inswinging corner cleared off the line, a sitter from about 4 yards out where someone (shotton or doyle?) fluffed his kick and a few other shots on goal.

    What a knob end

    Me too

Just wish I could see a replay from East Stand side as that was clearer than repeats seen on the telly.
