You'd think we all expected to win last night. Any sensible person at the start of the week would have said a win against QPR and a defeat at Cardiff 2-0 would be an acceptable week, considering we're fighting for our lives in this division. The win against QPR was a genuine six pointer - I think we all know that - and at the end of the season it won't matter one bit that we're not playing attractive football, just so long as we're still in this division and we get another crack at it next year. Chopra has shown some excellent form of late, and regardless of what has been going on in the back rooms of Cardiff - we knew they were a good side that would more than likely beat us (and they're put themselves in serious financial trouble to put that side together).
I think we need to lift ourselves a bit - stop the recriminations against individual players (who on other days have all been looked upon as heroes - Kay, Togwell and Colgan). We need to look towards the next game with a bit of positivity. A point against Cardiff would have been a major bonus - but we can't be angry that we didn't get it.

Nicely put I actually thought Colgan had a good game apart from the free kick so I'm surprised about the stick he's got. But anyway, as you say plenty of people, myself included, said at the start of the week that the most important thing was to get the three points against QPR and we did that. We've now got 4 out of our next five games coming up at home. A big chance to pull ourselves up and pile some pressure on the teams below us.
RE: The way people are talking on here...............Wrong A bit more about us and we should have beaten Cardiff Just changing the strikers so we have a chance of scoreing would have improved things considerably Thats why its so foooking frustrating Like the rest of the season as been so foooking frustrating (banghead) (banghead) (banghead)
