Signed 2 year deal at pikey stadium. A player we missed out on or glad we never entered in market for him?

I personally dont rate him that highly. Bags of pace but not prolific in front of goal. McClean or Sharp for me

We tried to sign him a couple of years ago. Not too fussed about him. McClean may still come off, but he's not exactly prolific in this division either. We've never had a prayer of signing Sharp I feel.

I personally think that given the right deal and provided its within our wage budget, we have as good a chance of signing Billy than Donny or the dee dars. The only clubs that can blow us out of the water are Celtic and maybe forest (although I dont think they are interested). I didn't believe the guy who told me Iain Hume had signed for us all those years ago until I saw it with my own eyes as back then, Hime was labelled as a quality Championship player who I thought was out of our reach at the time. I've seen funnier things happen at Oakwell but I can also see your point too.
