There HAS to be a general election called immediately

Theresa may is an absolute joke of a woman.

She has now appointed known homophobe Mike Penning(who voted against gay rights for soldiers) as ministry of defence.

That's after appointing a climate change denier as environment minister, little Englander Boris Johnson as foreign secretary and keeping the NHS destroyer hunt as health secretary.

 

Oh and she's appointed a woman who consistently votes to reduce welfare spending as pensions minister.

It really does seem like she is deliberately selecting the most unsuitable people for each position. People who wont work in the best interests of the country but will help her in her personal vile campaign to harm as many lower class people as she possibly can

 

So she's appointed Tories, then? There'll be another petition for them to ignore and that will be that.

 

And what if the result was an increase in the Tory majority, would you want another one after that?

No because democracy would have had its say. The conservatives were voted into power on the back of a manifesto led by David Cameron, for him to be a coward and walk out part way through his term and appoint an unelected leader with vastly different views is wrong. Not one single voter has voted for a government led by Theresa may. That, in my humble opinion, is wrong

Alongside this a party being dragged further right than was voted with an cabinet unfit for purpose. Before you say anything I was also virulently against Brown taking over in the same manner but at least he didn't drastically change the party/ country in this way.

No, if a Tory vote was a Tory vote was a Tory vote there would be no campaigning at any election they would say "yep, same party, same sort of thing". You vote for their manifesto, leader and ideals at the time of the election and with a shift this dramatic what was voted for is no longer faithful. Outrageous you could vaguely suggest such a thing.

 

It already did, thats why Conservatives are leading the country. Who are the credible party that would challenge their leadership right now?

Are you aware of how laws work? It is legal for me to have sex in my bedroom but illegal for me to have sex on the front lawn in front of the neighbours kids. In order to make that legal they would have to introduce or amend a law. If an MP voted against this new law would you find it so hard to believe that people are allowed sex in one place but not another?
