Thing is he is just stood looking around on my balcony table, which i only cleaned Friday, and he's messing it up

Not sure if he's a young un thats lost his way, so i don't wanna shoe him off. Plus he's tried flying off half a dozen times but just goes up 3ft then lands back down, i don't think he's injured, he looks sound, just don't know what he wants.

I panicked at first coz i watched Evan Almighty at weekend, no joke, quite relieved when only one landed. Shud i let him in for a cuppa?

    Anyway have we signed anyone???

Is it fully feathered? Can you see a ring on its foot?

Yeh, or fledgling. Its not Lee posting, its his other half and I work for RSPCA so pick up some useful stuff. If it can't fly or anything it would suggest its injured, are both wings same? One isn't hanging down or sticking out? You can take it to a vet, they'll look at it free of charge.

Racing pigeons normally have the owners address printed on the feathers on the inside of the wing.
