    He's already having a big impact. I really hope he can get Liverpool right up there challenging and playing some attractive football. Recent performances suggest he's getting them going...

    If you look at that squad pretty much every player in the squad has improved under him. That's impressive in such a short space of time.

    Firminho, Ibe, Allen, Can & Origi all look different players.

    Which put paid to the arguement of those wanting to keep LJ because of the cost of a new man wanting to bring in his own players, change the squad, time to bed in etc.

    Maybe though a new 'Head Coach' wouldn't need to spend a penny and could get the current crop playing better.

    Good point. We know a lot of them are capable of it.

    Davies, Smith, Nyatanga Winnall & Pearson were all better last season.

    Mawson & Roberts started well but have got worse when given there ages you'd expect the opposite

    I'm convinced someone else would extract more out of the current crop and install confidence back within some of our players.

    Make the change now and the transformation could salvage some pride within the club and create a feel good factor which has been non existent this season.
