This is the way i see it... Manure are chasing Tevez like crazy, they are trying to bypass West Ham who hold the players registration and who is under contract to them and deal directly with Tevez's "owners".... Although they had the chance to "purchase" him last season before West Ham took the plunge. You could say that Man U were clever as they knew something with this deal was fishy and so stood back. After all the palyer was untried in the Premiership and could have flopped.... As it turns out he's a revelation, West Ham take the kick i the ****** to the tune of £5 million, and then Man U sneak along and say... "we want you now". Probably offering Tevez, his advisors etc a nice lump of dough into the bargain... Even though the FA, FIFA, Premier Laegue are dragging it on, we all know he'll be at Man U next season.... And they have the audacity to complain about Liverpool trying to sign one of their players for a fee that they agreed to in a letter to the players agent !!!!! Funny smell indeed....
Re: Heinze Arrogant sod that Fergie. I wonder how he would feel if every Premiership Club said they won't sell a player to Man.U because they were their rivals.
Under Contract To Man Utd...... and so Fergie is well in his rights to not sell. Why sell to a rival for the title? There's just no sense in it at all and if he gets out of his contract it would make a mockery of what a contract is suppose to be.
But... Liverpool activated a release clause in his contract, Fergie doesn't have the right to stand in his way.
RE: Under Contract To Man Utd...... Same again there. West Ham own him and so if they don't want to sell, it's tough luck for Tevez.
RE: But... When did a release clause get put in his contract? He signed for double that and so it mustn't have been in to begin with at least.
So by persuing a player under contract... as Fergie is with Tevez, and then complaining Rafa is doing the same !!!! Double standards, then again it is Manchester United....
A Man U player with a release clause How totally unprofessional. Send Supertyke et al to rectify their obviously faulty transfer negotiators.
RE: A Man U player with a release clause Yeah they thought they would copy us and go down the Mcindoe route
If West Ham Don't Own Him......... surely they are continuing to break the rules and Sheffield United still have a case then to stay in the premiership?
RE: So by persuing a player under contract... If they are doing the same. Doesn't Fergie think West Ham doesn't own him and that's why he's still going after him even though the club said no?
