be attending as much or not at all next season should turn their anger towards the players/manager/chairman and not these fans. There are plenty of reasons people like me are considering not going as much next season, if you need to be told these reasons then you must watch the matches blindfolded.

Let's face it, some still clapped them off after Derby. I did not boo but the best thing to do was just get up and walk out at the final whistle. I failed to see what was worth clapping

Had S T 11 years , watched them forever, No ST if relegated though

promotion apart, the seasons we recently spent in the Alehouse league were the worst I have experienced for more years than I care to remember. I Will not be a regular at Oakwell watching them get thumped, by the likes of Donny, Brentfod, Tranmere etc. Simple as.

Even the papers have picked up on

how demoralised the fans are at oakwell. Several commented on how Derby fans turned an away game into a home one,Sunderland did the same, no doubt B.ham will,

I had a conversation with A Ritchie about this subject and he said he was dissapointed as when he remembered visiting oakwell as a player there wa s always a tremendous home noise. It was also one of the reasons why he believes in attacking football, as it spurs the crowd on. He was asked about defence and leaking goals, his answer was if they score three we have to score four. I know there are some on this board who wanted him out, AND I know there is nothing that can be done about it now, but I am convinced it was one of the biggest mistakes made at BFC in a long time.

season in the prem, deserve to be higher than this, belong in the championship, **** players on high wages, no fighting spirit, all seater stadium, administration, doyle/lewis/ridsdale, sweat the assets, what assets?, oakwell mews, board treating fans with contempt, lucky to have a club, outside of football, box office signings, points per game.

    No assets left now.!

I think this was to prevent any likelyhood of a takeover in the future. Not that there is any likelyhood of a takeover. More likely to see Lord Lucan riding Shergar being lead by Glenn Miller and Elvis !!!!!! (N) (N) (N)

    If we are relegated

I shall feel more cheated than if AR had taken us down. Since Davey came there has not been one match that has excited me. The football has been dire which would probably be acceptable as a means to an end, namely, staying in this division.

I'll be there next season as often as I can be, regardless of what division we're in.

Support the club. You don't have to agree with everything that goes on, but support the club. I didn't want Davey, but I'm backing him now.

League One, Championship, whichever, it's still Barnsley and it's still our team. Of course I'd rather us not be relegated, but it won't affect my attendance.

100% spot on mate. Should take the rough with the smooth and after 34 years I know that there is a lot more rough !! If everybody decides to stay away we'll just sink even lower. Is that what we all want to see ?

RE: be better off giving the money to charity than letting Davey throw it away on Mattis & Co

Maybe it makes people feel better by spouting off that they won't be watching them anymore. We can go down to teh UniBond I will still support the Reds. That quite rightly makes me more of a passionate supporter does it not? If people do stop watching BFC then in my opinion they will forfeit the right to contribute to matters concering BFC on this board (which it annoys me on Radio Dee Dah when they allow people to talk about games they haven't even been to and base their opinions purely on Radio commentray)
