    Handshake should be at the end, always was when I played. I reckon they should just line up for photos like they do and then run off as a team. The before game nonsense is recent(ish).

    But you never shake everyones hand at the end.
    It is pretty random.
    It has to happen if before the game.

    They should not have to bum each other though.
