I'm looking forward to that evening. Barnsley should be rammed and I'm straight through on the train.

    Greatest leader

Britain has ever had. She did some bad things but at least she crushed the unions stranglehold on the country!

Who are you all going to wish dead when she's gone? (and don't say me)

    I'd never wish you dead...

but how about Tebbit? Then Howard. Then Cameron. Then Blair.

I'd venture it was Atlee who was the better leader.

Redstar - I'm sensing you used to masturbate to images of Maggie when you were younger. But now your feelings have changed?

Wishing death upon (at least) one of our country's greatest leaders? Very sad. Do you still long for the days of Stalinist Russia?

The so called greatest leader used the power of the ....

..... state at a cost of multi millions of pounds to us, the taxpayer, to crush the working classes and their communities who were fighting for the right to work.

Anybody who thinks that approach is 'great' should go and live in China, they like those sorts of policies

It defies belief that anybody from Barnsley, or anybody who has ties to Barnsley, declares that witch as 'a great leader', you should all hang your heads in shame and she should die a slow. painful death

Agree 100%. Anyone from the working classes who thinks Thatcher was anything other than an evil bitch need help.

    She ruined Britain.

Economic reform was overdue but she used that as a smokescreen to obliterate industries which had a labour force which was unionised in a vindictive manner. In doing so she ruined communities and started with a vengeance the self interest doctrine which has resulted in the UK being in the **** it is in today.

When she's feted as a great leader it makes me fcking puke.

    Amen, comrade.

Continued by the Blair "revolution" like, but in essence we were (and still are being) subjected to an economic experiment akin to those of our great friend Pinochet in Chile, where the state shrinks and everything is for sale...it has just not been completed yet. Next target after the Post Office - the NHS.
