They start 'em early in Bladeland

Been in the park in South Sheff today.

Kids galore in Play off final t shirts. Brought a smile to my face that did.

Anyway, there was a group of dee dar Blades playing football with their dads near us.

Competitive Dad, comes sliding in on his 8 yr old son, kicking him up in the air. Son lands with a bang, & starts crying, dad plays on. People around stop, thinking, Did he really do that to a kid..... Son hobbles to mum, saying "mum, dad fouled me, he took my legs...".

Dad says.... "I did catch him, but I got the ball first". Carries on playing whilst his son is in agony on the sidelines.
