    Love banter with other fans/clubs. Banter about football that is. I can't understand why a fan base is so hung up on attendance figures. I'd rather do well on the pitch with 500 watching us. I really think they've lost the whole romance of supporting your club. If you half Sheffield's population to take in account of United, they should be getting 50k a week surely. Saw one of them claim they were Britain's 3rd largest city earlier

    I know a few sound Wednesday fans who are of the opinion that Owlstalk is very juvenile where those with common sense are outnumbered.

    The irony of course being that a lot of them will live in areas of Sheffield so deprived they make the worst parts of Barnsley look like Monte Carlo

    No surprise to me, I worked among a few for 40 years or so. It’s why I want to beat them more than any other club we ever play.
