Yes as the table shows his inexperience and tactical naivety are serving us well so far...

Just joking experience is no pointer to quality and vice versa you can only judge a manager not by results not by age.

Adams no mug Jimmy Cricket, he understands what hes seeing. Listening to him since he signed the messages been so strong from him.

Tactics/ inexperience can be blamed but it's been individual mistakes. Very from the outside simple mistakes.

Adam is entitled to his opinion and fans are entitled to disagree with him. The fact is that Lee still being here show's that he has had unparalleled support so far.

The only way is up Phil.

The experience of Hammill has definitely helped. December and January are two big months for the reds. A couple more experienced old heads will help and also the shambolic loan system gets addressed too.

He's hardly going to say "my boss is a f***ing muppet" is he?

Don't get me wrong, I think that we should back Johnson rather than the usual sacking, but you can't say the manager isn't at all responsible for our league position.

Just wait until LJ's rot starts to set on Hammill. He won't be so positive when he is instructed to always pass it sideways while drifting around the midfield with no real position or when he is shoved in defence or up top on his own.

Winnall, M.Smith and many others have already been infected with the LJ syndrome. It won't be long before Hammill has all his quality, confidence and attacking drive kicked out of him too.

I certainly hope not my friend!

Hammill is one player who may just save us from the drop because without him we are ******!

It's a mixture of individual errors and a manager learning his trade Phil isn't it? Wrong to blame the manager individually or the layers or the board there seems a lot of poor decisions across the piece.

adam's rebuilding his life and career in a place he feels happy and loved. He's feeling happy this is translating in his on field performances so it's unsurprising he feels warm towards LJ (and even if he didn't he wouldn't want to rock the boat).

There doesn't seem any straight forward answer to our problems. Like you I would like our home grown players to be given a proper run so we dnt lose them like we did RNL.

Always amazes me how seriously people take cliched comments from footballers in press conferences.

Did you really expect him to say anything else?

Interesting interview ,glad Hammill is positive about signing and LJ but slightly concerned he thinks his misdemeanors of the past had been over blown by the press . The truth is probably that no other club would touch him with a barge pole , BFC only stuck the barge pole out because the BFC barge is stuck on the bottom , he was worth a punt in our position

Totally agree Dr. Hammill has single handedly got us through the last 2 rounds of the JPT. Hopefully he can single handedly prevent the trip to Forest Green next season!

I'm shocked. Somebody publicly praises their boss.

There's no wonder Hammill's happy he's got the team built around allowing him to excel. Johnson's even switched formation to suit him.

That's not a criticism by the way as it's the right thing to do because he's our best player

No, but Hammill goes that extra yard and appears very sincere. It's clearly not just lip service. Worth a listen.

Surely the fact he signed a new contract with a team bottom of League One supports the fact he rates LJ to an extent. If he didn't enjoy his tactics, man management and style of play would he have signed again? I'm sure other teams in League One would have taken him if we hadn't.

I'm not sure how true that actually is.

He and LJ's mentioned that hes had other options and that he was on trial at Bolton a couple of month ago.

What planet are you on? Individual mistakes cost you a couple of games, being bottom of ****ing league one is not through a couple of mistakes.
