.............since the TARN threw the towel in and have no chance now of finishing in the top 6 Would love to see the Blunts drop out of the top six.........so Chesterfield and Rochdale finishing 5th and 6th now would be great So tomorrow its a matter of sitting back and not being that bothered really who wins
If we win tomorrow, anything can happen regarding us getting into the play offs....but yes, I think it's too late now. Regarding Rochdale getting into the play offs. I would rather Sheffield United get into that top six anyday of the week than that fat **** Keith Hill get in there. I'm not bothered who he manages, I would prefer Leeds, Wednesday and United to be more successful than him.
Or we can win all five remaining games and see what happens? We'd be beating three teams around us going for the same thing and other sides have to face similar sides so obviously both teams can't win the same game. 15 out of 15 might be enough.
i'd rather have chris morgan as our next manager, than see keith hill clinch playoffs on the last day
The idea of The Pigs against The Ego in the play-off final is awful. I'd have to want Rochdale to win, but seeing Hilldiola banging on about his usual pet topics would make me put a brick through the screen.
I maybe running a bit against the grain here (as per usual) but I like Keef Hill and Flicker and thought they tried hard to make things happen at Barnsley. And with a better budget would have really been a big success here. They cant be that bad having success at two clubs that haven't got much money between them. Its ridiculous to see that Rochdale are trying for the Championship this season. Good luck to them. I think the problem KeeFlicker had was that there were two things happening off the field that hindered them 1) Pats court case 2) Pats bad health And a third thing if you add in the remit that Don Rowing was working to.......i.e. keep things tight and steady. The club is, or seems to be, managed much differently now with Pat back involved and Ben and Maurice also involved.
am i right in saying that flicker was given a bigger budget than any other manager (Premier League aside)? as for keith hill - not only statistically our worst post-war manager. but also a complete lovely person, towards the fans and the Club
be good if we could get within 1 point of both sheff and chesterfield on the last day of season, but it wont happen
