    People who think that you can change the rules of an entire industry just to suit them. Mainly, a rule 4 applied to a bet. Then they tell you they're going to William Hill instead, which baffles me because, 1) why would that bother me and 2) they have the same rules.

    People complain about a rule 4? It's a winning bet ffs, did you point out the withdrawn horse might've beaten theirs if it had run? Bookies are depressing places, you must see the same sad people every day. They used to have some atmosphere back in the day with boards, race sheets and different coloured marker pens and commentary over the tannoy.
