The confidence thing is a lame excuse, i am sure we were not short of confidence at the begining of the season, the reason we dont win is because there are too many weaknesses in the side & the current side is simply not good enough Davey decided to ignore this.

It is indeed. He was in a comfort zone at Rotherham on the way to promotion so fair play to him for coming to trying to sort Davey's ***** out.

The defence needs a shake up, the midfield is powder puff and the forward line speaks for itself.

The average age of our defence on Saturday - 31... Says it all. Need some quick full-backs in who'll attack and atleast step foot over the half-way line. We also require a centre-half with pace and someone who'll be able to atleast keep up with an on-coming striker.

Like Robins says, we need a 'ball winner in the middle'. Colace isn't the answer, powder puff tackles and fairy like running. De Silva doesn't want to take a foot hold in the game no more, no signal of intent from him.

I rate Gray, Hume and Bogdanovic but the likes of Macken and Odejayi need to go as soon as possible. Simply not good enough.

So thankyou Simon Davey; you've left out football club in a f.cking fantastic state, well played fellah. (casualty)
