Not desperate to sell i.e. want to get at least waht we paid for house so willing to wait. But have decided to move nearer to tarn from Goole to Wakey/Ponty

 

try landlord direct mate they do an all in package (Without the need for HIPS for about £175 with a board) however, they dont advertise on rightmove.

 

Advertise on Right move, excellent service, sold ours in May - have still got the sale board if you want? pm if you need owt else. Chris
