Me and boyfriend are thinking of going to New York this year (end of season obviously!) Can anyone recommend any decent hotels or best way to book? Do you book a package or is it better to book the flights, hotel etc seperate?
Have we got this on FAQ yet? I prefer to book seperate Plenty sites for flights including travelocity, expedia, opedo - or chack individual airlines flights for offers. I also subscribe to a newsletter that brings together various travel deals and emails them to you each week - found very cheap flights last year through that - can't think of the site off hand. Hotels - look on hotel.com, last minute, those above - check reviews on tripadvosor
we stayed at the intercontinental, the barclay in midtown manhattan this time last year. highly recommended, fantastic hotel, fantastic city.
