As I was not at the game is this what we played last night? I think it could work well.

I know Davey has got stick from playing JCR centrally but I can see why he does it. He's one of our best players, he's our most dangerous player. Playing on the wing a player can drift in and out of games and if faced with a good full back he can be marked out of a game completely. Davey is just trying to get our best player on the ball more often and that is in the centre.

If he plays infront of Andranik, Anderson and Colace he can drift all over the place and be un-markable. If we go a goal down then we can sacrifice one of the three CMs and swtich to 442 with Hammill.

Belive it or not but there is method to davey's madness.

Agreed. Worked really well last night and Hammill put a shift in the 10 minutes he came on.

Some on her have been saying this for a long time. cough cough. But it take some on here a bit of time to work it out. All of that about jcr not getting marked in the center but some hes a right winger hes a winger but those don't seen to see the 2/3 defenders on him straight away.

there's a great pic on the bfc site of jcr with 3 players round him. it's a fairly typical response to the threat he poses to mark him out of the game
