So everyone is looking at AR getting the boot........ Can I ask, what is that going to solve???? Still going to have the same players, still going to have the same chairman, still going to have the same fans who turn faces every 2 minutes!!!! Anyone figured it out............. Nothing will change!!!!! Getting rid will take the club back another 2-3 years.
yep keep ritchie and give the lads a chance things will soon pick up if they play more head tennis in training

I agree with what ur first post said, but a new manager will have new tactics and ideas and for me thats what is needed
Well said, the situation is fixable We need unity and everyone to get together, help each other out. Sacking Ritchie will only make things worse.
And the same delicate finances. The next sorry incumbent would have to work under EXACTLY the same restrictions as AR. For what he's done for this club, all those calling for his head should be completely ashamed of themselves. You don't deserve a football team.
not much you can change tactics wise with what we have. Everyone as there views, I respect them. i just think some people are very quick to jump on the band wagon.
I certainly don't want Mr Ritchie to go on account of the entertainment value - we're playing good footie, and i think he deserves more time on account of gaining promotion last season. let's just hope that he sees sense and makes a few decent signings in the required positions!
Different tactics? Such as? Do you seriously think it's just a case of a different formation? With the players we have?
I have no doubt we will have signings. We need some short term fixes until January when we can spend what cash we have. New manager will probably get rid of a few of our players, but what would they replace them with!?
RE: And the same delicate finances. What do u mean dont deserve a football team??? I pay my money like any1 else and that means i deserve a say!!!!! Would u rather play **** hot every week and lose or scrappy 1-0 wins every week,??? If u want entertainment then go to the cinema on a saturday afternoon!!!!!!
RE: Different tactics? For the past few weeks everyone has been saying we need players desperately and criticising Ritchie for doing nothing in the transfer market. Now we're talking about the players being good enough and switching tactics is the solution to the problem... Which one is it?
RE: And the same delicate finances. Can you explain what tactics you would play with the current squad, im interested
Does anyone have a back up plan? Who would you appoint? Quality candidates dont grow on trees, I cannot see for the life of me how sacking Ritchie could do any good. At the end of the day, if Ritchie did get the sack the money situation wouldn't change, it wouldn't make more money available for players and wages and we wouldn't magically turn into world beaters. By sacking Ritcie we would be back to square one, as we were with constantly sacking managers over the last 9 years. Yes he will make mistakes, things wont always go right. For christs sake, even Alex Ferguson makes mistakes and bad signings. Reading this board makes me spew bile sometimes, people are far too quick to criticise without any solutions. I'm sure Ritchie is the right man for the job and will turn things around given a fair crack of the whip. Keep the faith. Rant over!
