not trying to get a vendetta against my name again etc but heres my thoughts and i am expecting complaints before i go so if this is my last post so be it

1, season ticket holders who buy tickets for friends and family???- good on them the club have rewarded them for buying a season ticket and giving the club money in advance at the beginning of the season and are now saying bring a friend to the game!

2, Fans who say " I have missed 1 game all season"....GET A SEASON TICKET!
Chances are this is utter crap and in fact the y have prob been to 3-7 games all season.

3, I cant believe i did'nt get a ticket on general sale i was there at 10am!....come on its not hard to imagine to silly o'clock times people where willing to queue from and good luck to them if they did get there mega early they deserve a ticket for showing how much it means to them.

4, I aint ever going to oakwell again! ...fine dont go because you did not get your arse into gear and sort out the mission better you have thrown the towel in!

All in all we make our own destiny and if you destiny was to get a ticket you would have worked at it better. I have got a mate a ticket because he used to go regular with me and have experienced highs and lows with him through some good times and bad so yeah i have the priverlidge to ring him and say you coming to the game because the club "rewarded" me with the priverlidge. One last thing i did'nt have to queue 1 min for anfield or chelsea tickets because of work commitments but i worked out a plan and went the extra mile.

Rant over and please before replying think carefull did you do EVERYTHING in your power to get that special/magical ticket?

Pretty much agree with that oakwell.I am a supporter of some 40 odd years and a season ticket holder for quite alot of them. When we drew Liverpool I missed out on getting tickets because I didn't go down to queue on the first day.Although disappointed I set out to get 2 tickets for me and my lad. After loads of phone calls, wild goose chases and sending Emails to people who might have spares I eventually got 2 one at face value and one over the odds.Although the club could maybe done things different I blamed myself for not getting down earlier enough.Anyway where theres a will etc.

Agree with you. There were still the opportunity to buy a centenary ticket, which you can pay monthly, and would of course have guaranteed a seat. I used mine to enable a friend whoc hasn't been since 2002 to watch the game, in the hope that he will be an active supporter again.
