Was my first thought after hearing tonight's news, but having let it digest a little, and sat back and thought about what's going on, i've calmed down a bit and realised that the club seem to be doing the right thing, they've spoke to two decent managers who i would have been happy to give a chance at the club, and not gone about getting the cheap option for a change, i'm gutted that we're struggling to get the man we want but at least we're not just appointing any old ginger arsehole just because there out of work, its better to get knocked back trying to get the right man rather then just appoint someone for the sake of it
yeah, me too. I don't doubt they are trying and don't dispute their choices. The board do have BFC in their hearts I think and it is easy to forget that when things aren't going well. although I do still think this should have all been sorted before Hill was sacked as it is damaging the reputation of the club, which is very important.
Besides your 'don't want' shortlist of one man I completely agree with you. I do agree with that Megson isn't right for the club but only because I think he'd drive fans away.
