    a) The club had the category A, B and C season tickets as in the post Premier Season plus one ticket per ST.
    b) Made everyone apply by post including a cheque, and then it's the luck of the draw. This was used by Raymond Vicary in the 60s for a home match against either Everton or Manchester United in the FA Cup.
