This development squad we have now

Good idea but I don't like it.

I want to be entertained not watch players develop (make mistakes) and thrown in at the deep end, young players should be loaned out to develop when their good enough blend them in gradually. Most teams in this league have better player on their bench than we in our team at present.
We are a Championship Club with a Championship team but unfotunatley a league 2 squad, gaps have to filled quickly with loan players or better permanent players or our league position will not change all season.
