This dramatic dip in our home form is getting a bit worrying

We could end up finishing this season in a similar way to last, although our away form is holding up well.

Three games, two defeats and a draw and only one goal scored.

Yes we had some bad luck today but then they could argue that had Novak scored a simple chance in the first half they could have won by more. There's no doubt they would have slowed the game down even more than they did had that gone in.

Sick of seeing teams play like that at Oakwell. Gamesmanship, niggly fouls, sometimes nasty fouls - mostly unpunished. He should have booked their keeper much earlier than he did but it would have made no difference. Teams that want to waste time always find a way.

They are scrapping for their Division One lives. We are hanging on to the play off coat tails - just. It's not over yet, but it very nearly is. Let's not forget last week though. That was a day in the sun to last a lifetime. I don't care how many people devalue it - it was a proper, proper achievement to win at Wembley for the first time.

Ive always thought booking the keeper for timewasting has a negative effect. No referee is ever going to give a second yellow so once one is given the keeper can waste as much time as he wants for the rest of the game.
