why is she recieving all this help for FREE, getting 24/7 care by 3 nurses. she has already cost upto £100,000 already! They should stitch her gob up and drip feed her till she gets down to a workable weight, she should be then made to work and pay off the debt!!
Care and compassion should be given to those who need it, not to someone who has already had a large chunk of government money to go to the US only to fill her face again and be upset 'cos she is seen as a freak. The money she will be saving from not eating, if her gob was stitched, should be given to pay off her debt! I know theres not only her but she is only one i see in the papers every day!!

theres no need for salt and pepper at the table, the wife does a marvellous job with the seasoning. I do add a bit of Mint Sauce or Horse Radish sauce depending on the choice of meet that weekend.

The point I was making with the salt analogy, was that I try not to make decisions about people and their situation, before I know all the facts. All I know is that she is a morbidly obese female. I know that she clearly eats a lot of food, What I dont know is her mental state or her medical history.. Thanks for the anouncement I am no longer a STFU virgin.... you have my cherry..
Charged for her care? And where will she find the funds? From her incapacity benefit no doubt. Which came from us in the first place We're paying to feed her. So let's not pay others, at our expense, to firstly adjudge that she ought to pay and then collect what is our own money anyway. She ought to be afforded medical treatment upon her complying with certain conditions that would minimalise her need for further treatment. If she fails to adhere, she should be left to her own devices.
if they stopped her incapacity benefit then she wint be able to afford snickers, pizzas, greggs and popcorn, so the weight would eventually come off. obese people shouldnt get benefits anyway, how can being a greedy get be classed as incapacitated????

The problem with modern society is that we are so PC it's not allowed to tell a fat person they are fat. People are actually encouraged to revel in being fat. How many times do you see a fat woman say things like "I'm happy with myself and if other people can't accept my size then that's their problem". No love. It's your problem when you die before you're 50.
