This Figo yellow card - not over yet I don't think

If you read the BBC report about him been cleared they say something along the lines of "Once the referees report has been analysed it will be clearer" which suggests they are assuming Figo got a yellow card for the headbutt.

HOWEVER

The referees back was turned when the incident happened, so maybe Figo was booked for something else, which still leaves the door open for him to be punished for the headbutt, as that will be a seperate incident not dealt with by the referee at the time.
