Where has it come from? Just a couple of observations 1. Last season everyone was criticising Paul Harts lack of man management skills. Ritchie has turned the group of players into a team that play as a team and for each other 2. He has signed several players and created healthy competition up front and at the back - so saying he doesnt want to sign people and risk of upsetting the players doesnt really hold water. I wish he had signed an experienced midfielder but he has done a lot more things right than wrong in the last few months.
agreed,its probably the same plebs that said hart was still in charge behind the scenes earlier in the season
