    People pay hard earned money to watch this. Accept that for this inexperienced manager, and this inexperienced squad, it isn't happening (and won't happen). It was only when we abandoned the preferred style that any urgency developed, and that wasn't convincing. It's back to the drawing board, and the sooner you accept it, the better the incoming man's chance of turning it around.

    And welcome back thereev, btw.
