    I haven't seen anything about Patrick Cryne taking the position ?

    aye but thats the way Cryne wants it. Mr. Rowing is a director, but all executive decisions are made by Patrick.

    I think if it was put before a court of law Mr. Cryne would definitely be held to be a shadow director.
