I tell you what i am sick and tired of the inbreds that sing for his name. If the strikers are having a bad time of things then surley we should get behind the lads not start singing other peoples names to try and entice the manager to bring him on. Yes he is a good finisher but look here. He has no pace. No body strenght and cannot head a ball for tofee. So how can his overall game be better than richards. Yes richards isnt a world beater but we are effectivly in the 3rd division and it is the players like richards the big burly boys that get you out of this **** hole of a league. Nardiello will probably be better in the championship where he will get more time on the ball a bit like mcphail
To be fair... the crowd didn't start singing 'Nardiello' until he stood up and started taking his top off ready to come on.
RE: To be absolutly fair, the crowd didnt sing at all the crowd sing, when theres something to sing about, for example Huddesfield when we went 2-1 up or.. All the way through the Scnuthorpe match
RE: Good point Its like that at most grounds though. The home crowd get behind the team when they are playing well etc. Away fans generally sing throughout the match. Thats how it is.
thats the problem with the cosy all seater stadiums crowd take to their seats 5 mins before kick off, no pre match atmosphere, in the old days, makes me seem ancient, you got in thee ground erlier and the singing against the opposition fans was part of the entertainment, i suppose it stamped your authority
RE: thats the problem with the cosy all seater stadiums in the days before all seating you had to get in the ground early in order to get a decent view, now your seat is guaranteed and you don't have to be there until the last minute. Maybe there might be a bit more inclination to get there early if the bovril wasn't £1.40 a cup!!!!!!
Dead right, same spot every week in the Ponty and had to get there early, now, just turn up once the "music" starts, wouldnt dream of getting in earlier now, no hassle, AND CERTAINLY NO ATMOSPHERE
Now, if were really going back, we used to switch ends and stand behind the end we were attacking, can still do that at morecambe for unsegregated matches
