just the one who is expected to get the job?
What would concern me is that if it is everybody, LJ, other managers either in jobs or not, and LJ is for some reason rejected by Bristol, what would his attitude be back here at Barnsley? Sorry mate, you're not good enough for the new job but you have already got one at good old Barnsley.

You'd imagine that a conversation will have already taken place to establish whether he's interested in the job and he must be, the 'permission to speak' sounds more like Bristol City offering him the job.

Didn't we have permission to speak to Keith Hill and he turned us down then changed his mind?

    Wonder if he'd come back
