The application was submitted in December 2011 (look at the application form) hence the reference number but it wasn't validated until last week. The Council were probably waiting for additional information before they validated it which can sometimes take a long time, happens quite regularly.
Some of the correspondence goes back as far as 2009 (Drainage details). I reckon it's been put on hold while take over talks were mooted; probably dead in the water now.
Well the reference is definitely from 2011 but the application shows as open and filed last week. Is it possible that there was an application in 2011 which was withdrawn and that this has been resubmitted last week?
All the documents relate to December 2011? I know it has a different submission date on the website page - Perhaps the validation thing Load Bearing Pillar mentions is correct?
