His name is Luke McCormick - one of their keepers. He'll defo go down for this - 2 counts of causing death by dangerous driving, driving without insurance and drink driving. They wanna throw the key away.

Considering Lee Hughes got put away for one death, I would imagine this guy will get much worse.

    He'll definitely go down?

    He's a footballer.

Lee Hughes only went down because he tried to run away.

Let's all remember, he's not been proven guilty, yet!

If he is proven guilty then yes, they should throw away the key

    RE: He'll definitely go down?

A guy I know rather well also got four years for death by dangerous driving. That seems to be the common sentence for this sort of thing.

    And?

One rule for us lot, and a rule for footballers/famous people.

    He's going down...

and rightly so. There's no excuse if he was drinking and driving.

I hope they throw away the key.

thing is if you are charged with drink driving he must have been tested on a machine so aint he guilty anyway.

    You get tested twice

Once at the scene and again at the station on a more accurate machine.

Or they can take blood, and if he refused to give a sample he'd be arrested.

yeah thats what i mean he must have been tested on the main machine at the cop shop so thats conclusive enough, like you say he,s a footballer.

Death by dangerous driving has the same sentencing as manslaughter. This lad is going down for a good few years.
