    Why the chuff do you get someone on trial and then NOT play them? Is Davey that good at assessing someone in training that we don't need to bother seeing how they get on in a match?

    Who was he anyhow?

    that explains it. the bloke in front of me was waffling on about someone we'd go on trial.
