    Not designed to make money from un-answered telephone calls then?

    My advice: Get a phone system that works, pay someone an extra hour to empty the mailbox and stop being forth division when we should be at least Championship.

    I'll let you of with the £4 I've wasted this morning, but could someone at the club please ring their own automated system for booking tickets at a peak time and see how poor it actually is. I don't mind waiting in a queue to buy tickets and I don't mind that much being charged 10 ppm for a previously local call, but at least when I'm in a queue and the service is still open could we have somone answering the bloody phone?

    And yes, I know they will have been busy in the Box Office, but there was no way I could have made it into Tarn today to purchase additional tickets.
