This 'shooting down of Russian plane by Turkish jets. Confused.....

Today's BBC states NATO "backs" the Turkish version of events leading up to it. No surprises there BUT... The latest reports show TWO different crash sites claimed. One implies that the jets path DID violate Turkish airspace (Turkish crash site location) and the other implies the path of the planes never encroached on Turkey. SURELY Satellite images would show once and for all who is lying.

I don't fully trust Turkey OR Russia but I suspect the public in the West is not being told what they DO know due to the Ukrainian situation and the fact that Putin is portrayed as being mad as a box of frogs. I don't for one minute think he wants a war but has become a bit paranoid due to the expansion of the EU and subsequent 'Westernisation' of countries bordering Russia.

No one want to come down fully on either side and PROVE one of them to be lying (which is obviously the case here).

 

Its an extremely delicate situation similar to the downing of flight MH17 a dreadful atrocity to which nobody has claimed responsibility and certainly no one has been brought to account for.

Russia or Ukraine both blaming one another.

It wont be long before turkey degenerates towards the same way as its neighbours.

 

Particularly with the President/Sultan that now is in control and they are Sunnis of which the wahabite sect is a part.

 

Lots of tanks and fighter jets have been deployed to the border as we speak!

Just as disturbing was the shooting of the ejected pilots.

 

The supposed appearance of the unharmed second pilot yesterday was the dodgiest story I've ever heard. Funny how they couldn't reveal his face!

 

Why shoot down a plane unless you are at war? Turkey is a massive country and what does taking a little shortcut matter/
