    Brilliant idea in my opinion but one thing I can't quite understand is why it's being held at the metrodome and not in our own facilities?

    I wonder how much it costs to cover the pitch so that certain events could be held outside on the oakwell pitch.

    There will be a indoor marquee erected for this event at the metrodome - looks good when done!


    Quite a lot more for a marquee at oakwell. There maybe be some things happening along those lines later In the season as the new exec suppliers have a marquee company.

    In the warmer months they should get one stuck up in the carpark on match days with a big screen TV in it and some tables and chairs and sell beer. Kind of a trial run for a supporters bar to see how much interest there'd be.

    They'll have a firing squad waiting at the doors for me. Fortunately it will be our strikers so I can rest easy knowing they wont hit their target.

    I'll decide whether or not to go when they come up with a date but i'm definitely interested in it. Not just to see what Don's got to say but to see what ideas others have got too.
