This team of ours

    They are not consistent enough as a team. You do not know from one match to the other how they will play. Poor or Dire poor.
    The team has got Hill the sack, Flitcroft the sack, and probably Mellon. They would get a new manager the sack. If we think this team is going to keep us in the championship we are deluded . I have been behind them and go to many away matches, but not any longer. The really cold weather is due, and I am not sitting in the freezing cold watching their crap football. This is not a Manager problem, it is a player problem.

    Two of those managers brought those players to the club, the players didnt just sign themselves ! The managers WANTED them and played them, so therefore the buck stops with those managers. If the manager does not know how to get the best from the players HE has signed then I have no sympathy for him when he gets the push. All it does is leave players here on contracts that are not good enough and a new manager is lumbered with.
