I think people are getting confused.

He likes to go left so that he gather it in front of the fullback, cut in across the edge of the area and hit it with his right. Nowt wrong with that, it's been effective all season.

It's all part of leading the line, dragging defenders out of position and creating space for attacking midfielders.

I am talking more about him having to drop wide left when we dont have the ball, he didnt do it earlier in the season, He is better being in the middle where he can make runs either side. But what do I know , fecking Dinosaur me, should be in a museum.

Nowt wrong with going left when he's seeking to gain an advantage, like at Forest which resulted in a couple of goals. That wasn't the case today. He had to go out left to cover for Mellis who really had no idea what he was supposed to be doing out there. Not that I'd blame him, he's a right footed central midfield player.

I no longer understand what we're doing with our formations and personnel selections. I must admit it's beyond me.

I feel exactly the same way. I have defended Hill, blindly at times, but I am lost trying to work out what he is trying to do tactically. It's like he is losing the plot.

I wouldn't for a minute claim to know more about football than Keith Hill, I don't, that's a fact, but I can usually work out what a manager is trying to do, what formation we're playing and why we're doing what we're doing. I can't any more. This last couple of months we've played a different formation every week, we've made 3,4 or 5 personnel changes every week, we use different tactics every week, we change the formation 2 or 3 times most games and I for one am completely lost. I just can't see how what we're doing benefits our prospects as a football team. I'm bewildered. I'm starting to wonder if the players are too.

Remember when Danny played 532 every week? Where did that get us?

One week Cranie is a right back, then he's a central defender, then he's a defensive midfield player. If we're honest about it he doesn't look very comfortable in any position lately but that's hardly surprising.

Mellis is played at the point of the diamond, then in midfield, then wide left and his game is really suffering, despite his goal today.

Done is right wing, left wing, up front, behind the strikers, right side in a diamond and he's completely lost.

Foster is in and out of the team despite being hands down the best and most experienced central defender at the club.

Our captain is a quiet lad who has really struggled to come to terms with a position that is clearly alien to him.

Nobody knows what their role in the team is. It's a mess.

My pal once drove all the way round and through Spaghetti Junction at Birmingham, and they do not call it that for nothing. He pulled up on the hard shoulder with his lorry and was trying to work out where the company was near to it. A copper pulled up and told him he could not stop their. My mate told him he was not fuc...g moving until he knew where he was going. The Copper said Well when did you know you we're lost. Get this Keefy my mate said when I fished up going up my own Arsehole
