I'm sure that Don Rowing and Barry Taylor will both be working their nuts off to try and secure the pleayers currently within the squad that Keith Hill wants to keep, and not crisis managing at all. Anyway Vaz Te is under contract until the summer, he didn't cost owt, he'd done nowt until Hill was his gaffer so if he goes c'est la vie - his current value to us notwithstanding. Anyway Holloway is a loon so if Vaz Te goes there it'll end in uproar.
Never rated either. And Butterfield was always crap. Until he returns from injury and signs a new contract. It's a shame that expectations have understandably risen due to us finding a very very good midfielder in Drinkwater - because he isn't a Barnsley player and is always in the shop window while ever he's with us.
Think Sherlock/Mycroft have got a got a busy week and half or they`ll need to get the Mr Sheen out on the young uns.
RNL is our saviour. Genuinely believe Drinkwater leaving is the difference between a top ten finish and lower mid-table. Massive loss. Nathan Doyle's on his way so that leaves Matt Done, Addison (here another month ?) and the lab experiment Perkins to sort it. Interesting times.
Agree losing Butts was bad enough but now Drinkwater aswell. Good job we`ve`quite a few points on board all ready methinks. When we lost Drinker earlier through injury we hit a bad patch result wise, he has made it all work IMO, that`ll be Addison on loan till end of season now.
