We had 2000 Wurzels going nuts when they equalised bouncing around the other week at Pride Park. It was brilliant seeing the smug looks wiped off when Hulse scored the winner.

On a side note, do you know how many your bringing on Saturday? Heard you took around 3k down to the City Ground. A fair few clubs have brought poor followings to our lego brick because of some ridiculous prices we've charged away fans.

We had nice trip up to South Yorkshire on Saturday despite the result. Had a good night out in Sheffield for once and spent Sunday back in the county for a nice roast in Bakewell on the slow journey back down to Derby.

I'd guess at a couple of thou - do Derby let away fans pay on the gate ?

get in Rowley's at Baslow - bit poncey at times but very good fodder.

There's been a fair few occasions I think this season they've allowed away fans to pay on gate.

Been round Baslow on one of my many walks since I was a lad. Really is no better way to spend your Sunday.

We wanted to spend a lot more time before the match sampling Sheffield but we ended up trying to avoid the plod moving us into the Howard and finding somewhere we could watch the football. Not many occasions where I've arrived at half 11 and already seen a complete overkill. Hillsborough next month will be worse.

Sheffield on match days is not pleasant.

Think a lot of Barnsley fans (me included) will leave it until they get up on Saturday before deciding to go.

I remember the days when that was an option every away game. See how buckled you got Friday night, wake up Saturday morning head down for a fry up and weigh up the options.

Should be a good match on Saturday. We're scoring under Nigel but we're still rubbish at the back. The goals we conceded at Bramall Lane on Saturday were embarrassing.

I shouldn't worry, we don't like to trouble opposition defences and keepers too much.
