So how come Oldham are only charging 10 or 12 pound if bought in advance ? http://www.oldhamathletic.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/NewsDetail/0,,10337~965014,00.html
Not sure where BFC get their minimum price from.... This is taken directly from the FA website (i) The minimum admission (except to children and senior citizens) to matches shall be: In the Extra-Preliminary, Preliminary and First Round Qualifying: £3.00 In the Second and Third Rounds Qualifying: £4.00 In the Fourth Round Qualifying: £5.00 In the Competition Proper: £6.00 (ii) The price of admission for children and senior citizens must be mutually agreed by both Clubs concerned. (iii) A higher admission charge may be mutually agreed between the Clubs concerned.
From what I gathered, its because You cannot go lower than the tickets were in the first game. So we can only go as low as Southend went. I think.
have a look here.... http://www.thefa.com/NR/rdonlyres/B5E2ACD6-5A60-43E9-83A8-743025643879/93246/FACupRules0607.PDF Section 20 (c) (i) States there that the minimum admission for the third round proper is £15.

ah but will the club not need to "top-up" the gate receipts with the discount out of their own season ticket funds? else the visiting club would be diddled out of revenue.
