7:59, logged on to site.. Sat back patiently until 8:10 in the queue until it was my turn. Selected the block I wanted, cat 3 tickets which for me have best view in Wembley. Selected 4 adults and 2 concessions. Payment page, done and dusted all happy with confirmation by 08:20. Certainly beats freezing the nuts off outside oakwell for hours on end like our other visits to Wembles or Cardiff... Well done BFC and ticketmaster.
Must have been my turn lol. I usually get the crappy service.. I was genuinely more than happy apart from not getting free tickets of course..
Same here. Except I left it til later. Logged on at 11am fully expecting fun and games (after all the stuff I'd read on here), and prepared to leave it til later. Selected 6 tickets. Spent the next 10 minutes double checking I'd done it right because I couldn't believe the ease of it. Paid and printed of receipt. All done in less than 15 mins.
When it works it's ace Few questions from me though : 1. Why weren't we told we couldn't select more than 10 tickets of one category ? 2. Why wasn't the pick your seat function enabled ? 3. Why were over 60's tickets sold at £28 ? 4. Why couldn't Ticketmaster's system cope and was logging people out at various stages ? 5. Were certain sections held back ? And if so why weren't we trusted with that knowledge ? People have ended up in sections they didn't want it appears .
Hope it's a similar experience for me on Thursday morning. Have to wait till then for my two tickets.
Took me all yesterday afternoon to finally get mine (after a few cups of coffee & a few choice swear words)
