So glad to be able to watch on Facebook but by gum, that goalie/defence set up made me shudder.
I love to see teams playing out from the back but so many times we looked like rabbits in headlights and messed about so much and so often that you almost had to turn away in sheer fright.
For goodness sake, kick the feckin ball away down the field when the need arises. Don't piss around.
I imagine that there'll be some Champ teams that will love our way of playing from the back.
In other words, watching that today if we get pressed then we are f.ucked.
On the other hand Mowatt looked class.
On the other, other hand it was only a friendly, as so many of you will argue. Let's hope you are right !

I’m not so sure, on the one hand it may be two, on the other hand it could be more

Counting not your strong point then. He's got his hand plus his other hand plus his other other hand.

I’m excited that we finally have a side that has the bottle to play from the back.

Football isn’t about who can kick it the furthest and longest. Yes playing this way we will get caught out on more than one occasion this season. But I don’t want the fans to turn on this style of play and instead encourage and get behind it. I’d hate to be going back to the days where we pass to the keeper and he just lumps it up to the opposition defence and give the possession away.

This style of play is adopted by all the top teams for a reason.

The third is his buddhist hand.

    3 is the magic number.

Are you a non buddhist badger, or a buddhist badger? 4-6 legs, depending on the type...

    No, only 4.
If you see another 2 arms waving around that'll be the wife going off on one again.
