Letheren is a complete liability. He spends half his time shouting "away! away!" when the ball comes close to our area - why don't you try catching the bloody thing instead? Mind you I think York's reserve keeper went to the same goalkeeping school when he shouted "don't let him get the cross in" to one of his defenders. Genius.

Macken's touches are class - he just needs someone to play up front with and on last night's showing it definitely isn't Odejayi. They both do the same task for the most time.

Odejayi - oh dear. As someone else said in another post, when he missed there were laughs from the Barnsley fans - don't think it'll be the same when there's 3 points at stake. He missed at least 3 decent chances.

The triallist who got a game looked alright but if he's a striker then stuffing him on the left wing was a bit pointless. Davey tinkered with the formation a lot - people were constantly moving position.

Our best signing so far looks to be El Haimour, but then again Colace and Hume didn't play so I can't really make too much judgement! Moore ambles around a lot and I dare say he won't be breaking a sweat much this season but he does know how to get a decent tackle in so no worries there.

As for the result? Who cares? At the end of the day it wasn't our first team and people were playing out of position some of the time so you can hardly make any judgement about how we'd perform in the league from it.
