Fleetingly watched the game last night and was admiring the fantastic new stadium - well there was nothing much else to look at, eh?

Not been to this one as yet but visited the old Wembley about 15 times and it was a tired old ground which was in dire need of replacement.

Couldn't get it out of my head though that it cost £700m more than the Millenium Stadium and can't for the life of me see why. It's good but not that good. And don't get me started on the location of it.

I'm sure theres plenty of you who have visited both, what's your opinions?

never been but from looking at it on tv it looks poor.

built in the wrong location without adequate parking available
    no fully retractable roof
cost way too much to build which has been detrimental to the smaller clubs and grass roots football
completly messed up ticket sales so that it never looks anywhere near full

a national embarrassment and no amount of tv people telling me that it's got a nice arch is going to change that.

been to all 3 old wembley, new wembley ,millenium

Millenium is by far and away the best- great location, great atmosphere everything you need- new wembley is a fantastic place and 10000000000000 times better than the old one but not as good as millenium old wembley was just ***** a major dissapointment after looking forward t seeing it in millenium season.

Having been to both Wembley is miles ahead. I was disappointed with the Millenium as they was no style to it and just grey in the concourses with average facilities. I think Old Trafford and the Emirates are better than the Millenium.

The Millenium looks good on TV but I did think it was a rather dull ground. Then again each to their own eh.

The National Stadium is a national joke, built in the wrong.......

location, grossly over budget, inspires the opposition rather than the home nation, and quite frankly, its a bland thing to look at, although it may look different close up, I never liked the old Wembley probably due to the **** heap that the district of Wembley is.

Not a big fan of the New Wembley. Location is Poor, too many VIP's and Co-operate boxes make the atmosphere very poor. Vs Brazil majority of fans in the 10 year seats decided Sandwiches and Coffee was a better option than taking to the seats.
Also, crowd of 86'000 last night, some 4000 less than the capacity. Reason for this - Safety and the seperation of fans. I can understand 250 seats, but 4000!!??

that was the reason given for the empty seats? On TV it looked like there was just one row of empty seats seperating both sets of fans with police sat at the side of them.
