Not a bad performance considering the conditions. Unfortunately a hard earned home draw is of very little use to us as we are now looking for four wins and a draw from our remaining six home games. We'll not mention the aways as they will yield nowt.
I'll be kind to Ferenczi regarding the missed header as the ball was probably swirling all over in the wind but the open goal when he wanted an extra touch was a shocker. It's really getting to the stage where you have to wonder where the goals are going to come from. Saturday is now a MUST win game (as if it wasn't before?) otherwise we will be going into the Chelsea game almost in the bottom 3.
De Silva's composure in midfield was sorely missed tonight and if he were to be out for a month or so we are seriously in the brown stuff. JCR was awesome though, more of the same on Saturday please. Oddjob put himself about and played quite well when he came on but you still know there's no end product so he'd still be on the bench for the Weds game for me. Like him or loathe him Nads is still the best bet for a goal.

Team for Sat (assuming De Silva is still out)

    Steele
    Hassell Foster Nyatanga Van Hoemet/Kozluk
    JCR Togwell Howard Leon
    Macken Nardiello

Subs: Odejayi Coulson Devaney Ricketts Potter/Butterfield

    Togwell In Midfield?

Instead of makeshift Bobby Hassell? Now there's a cracking idea. Someone should email it to our manager.

    RE: Togwell In Midfield?

I've put him in there but I know that there's no way Davey will. Don't know what he's done wrong to be behind Hassell in the midfield pecking order.

Aye Don't Expect Too Much Of Davey

He's paying a keeper who belongs to someone else, to sit in the stands. Why was Potter on the bench? If a defender got injured, he would have put Hassell in there and brought on Togwell, before Potter. A waste of a sub, which could have gone to Warner.

tonite tatics where all wrong hasell midfield ? WHY we desperately need points to avoid drop whic is looking possible and hes playing defensive. Personallly i would have put Leon in centre with Howard, when diego came on midfield looked to have more flair and we had many more chances with his pace. awful conditions today so draw was probably the best result.
