It’s superb. I’ve been three times now for family birthdays, can’t fault it at all.

I remember having a meal in there about 25-30 years ago and Malcolm McDonald was in there.

    I'll leave that hanging.

It's brilliant. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

I'm pretty sure that we had an Xmas do there about eighteen years ago and it was a fantastic venue back then.

I've been twenty plus times over the years and the food is always superb. It's got a really good atmosphere too. The only downside is having to park my rust bucket of a car next to all the Range Rovers, Bentleys, etc in the car park!

Make sure you remortgage your house so you don't go short of cash to pay. You get what you pay for though. Pay more than most places but get something better.

Visited the 3 Acres many times and have never had a bad meal there. Last time we were
there my fellow guests had some of the more exotic dishes, whilst I stuck to good old
Fish and Chips with mushy peas which tasted very good indeed. As soon as I arrive I
like to sit at the bar and enjoy a cold pint before going to our table. The beer is always " spot on".
As others have said, it's pretty pricey, but in my opinion well worth it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it BL.

Don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t usually visit these kind of places due to cost but I do find when visiting expensive restaurants you usually get what you pay for
